REA wanted to develop a new customer value proposition for its B2B audience focused on the value of ongoing product improvement.

HOOF developed the strategic proposition and creative platform Better is a Big Deal, framing product updates as real customer value and reinforcing the brand’s credentials as Australia’s leading property platform.
The idea launched with a manifesto video featuring real agents and REA team members. A travelling red curtain connected people and place across Australia, acting as a simple, campaignable backdrop in REA brand red.
HOOF delivered the creative strategy, concept, manifesto script, video direction and design across online, social, email, internal communications and merchandise. As an ongoing B2B platform, Better is a Big Deal continues to shape how REA communicates progress to the industry.
