Green Hat brought me in to help realestate.com.au define and then launch a new customer value proposition. One that reframed the value of ongoing product improvements, built with the customer in mind. My job was to make it feel warm, exciting, and authentic without tipping into jargon.

The campaign idea Better is a Big Deal — a platform that puts the focus on all the small product upgrades that add up to serious customer value. The tone was confident, warm, authentic, and smart without overcooking it.
I handled the creative, copy and video direction across a full suite of assets including scripts, design, emails, and landing pages. All built to land one simple message.
